Spend some time nourishing your nervous system with a Sound Bath at Divinity Studio in Old Downtown Lincoln. We will have space to stretch out and allow the restorative frequencies of crystal sound bowls and hand woven drums wash over you.

This is open to all ages, we will be sitting or laying quietly for an hour.
