We offer Heart-Centered Grounding Ceremonies with the support of Hapé and Sound. You will be intuitively guided to connect with your inner temple as you sit with the Hapé blend of your choice and are encompassed by the healing sounds of nature and sacred instruments. Then, Emily + Ashlynne will intuitively guide you in keeping the tradition of Mayan Plant Spirit Bathes, as taught by Miss Beatrice, alive.
Together, we will gather plants to commune with a bucket of river water. We will gather the plants in prayer for you and allow the sun to infuse its solar codes into it, essentially creating a cleansing essence just for you. This essence will be poured over your head, to ceremonially cleanse body, mind, and soul of all that is not serving.
